In compliance with the directives of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi would be conducting the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test, for the academic session 2015-16. This entrance test is being conducted for the 15% merit positions in the Medical/Dental Colleges of India as specified in the directives of the Supreme Court and will be governed by the rules and regulations specified for the same by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India from time to time.

There are also State Governments/Universities/Institutions voluntarily participating in the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test - 2015 for using its merit list for admission in the Medical Colleges/Dental Colleges against seats under their control.

The responsibility of the CBSE is limited to the conduct of the entrance test, declaration of result and providing merit list to the DGHS and participating States/Universities/Institutions.

The counselling for successful candidates under 15% All India Quota seats is conducted by the DGHS and the Counselling for admission in seats under the control of other participating States/Universities/Institutions shall be conducted by their respective Authorities.

2.	Candidates can apply for AIPMT - 2015 “Online” only.
3.	Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin and on the website.
4.	Examination Fee Details and last date for submission of Online Application Form:

5.	Uploading of Photograph, Signature ,Thumb Impression and Self declration ( Self Declaration is required in the case of candidate belongs to Andhra Pradesh, J&K and Telangana). The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 10Kb to 100Kb The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb The Scanned image of Left Hand Thumb Impression of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb *The Scanned image of Self Declration (in the case of candidate belongs to Andhra Pradesh, J&K andTelangana) is required to be uploaded in JPG format and Image size should be between 200Kb to 300Kb.
6 .	The fee can be remitted in the following ways: Through any Debit/ Credit Card using online payment gateway facility of Syndicate Bank / ICICI Bank / HDFC Bank /State Bank of India . Through e-Challan by depositing Fee in any of the branch of Syndicate Bank / ICICI Bank / HDFC Bank /State Bank of India. The e-challan may be generated after filling form on AIPMT website aipmt.nic.in
7 .	Please keep all these documents  for future refrence:  S.No. Documents (i) Proof of remittance of fee (ii) Computer Generated Confirmation Page of online Application (iii) Self Declaration(for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, J & K and Telangana who have opted for seats under 15% All India Quota)
8 .	Candidates must preserve their Admit Card and all documents as mentioned in serial No.-7  till the admission in College or Institution.
